Formation: Single circle of couples, facing center.

DANCE

Measures (2 counts per measure; i.e., 1 = 2 counts)

1 Clap own hands twice, bow to partner;

2 Clap own hands twice, bow to neighbor;

3 Stamp twice in place, facing center; (Stamps are slow.)

4 Turn around in place with four running steps.

5- 8 Repeat Meas. 1-4.

9-12 All face center and join hands, then circle left with 16 running steps.

13-16 Circle right with 16 running steps.

SUMMARY

1 Clap, clap, bow, -; (The count is 1, and, 2, and.)

2 Clap, clap, bow, -;

3 Stamp, stamp;

4 Turn yourself around.

5-8 Repeat.

9-12 Circle left.

13-16 Circle right.
