Formation: Leader and dancers are in a long line or broken circle. Leader is free to lead the line anywhere on the floor.

There is a long musical introduction of 43 counts (it might be fun to let the children count them).

Starting immediately after count 43, walk slow, slow, and then a little run (the run could be called a quick, quick, quick). Musically, this step takes one measure of 4 counts and becomes:

Slow, slow, and a little run

this step 8 times, or until the music changes to an obviously different feel.

When the music changes, do 32 skips (or step-hops if preferred).

The routine is as follows:

32 counts 8 slow, slow, and a little run.

32 counts Skipping.

32 counts 8 slow, slow, and a little run.

32 counts Skipping.

16 counts 4 slow, slow, and a little run.

32 counts Skipping.
